52 Finish Action

What Is It?

For Instruction and Transfer questions, you must specify the action required when the survey respondent reaches that question. The Finish Action is selected via the drop down list of options.

Available Finish Actions:

Next Question – continue to the next question within the survey. This is the default setting.

Finished Successfully –use at the end of a survey to record as a successfully completed record in the data.

Finished Exclusion – records as a non-qualifier in the data.

Finished Quota Full – records as a quota full in the data.

Finished Expired – records as expired. Use in instances where a project has to be completed within a certain timeframe. "Finish expired" is set on the instruction object that informs the respondent that the survey has closed.
